“We had a skunk under our Florida room. Chad responded to our call promptly and was helpful and informative, taking time to explain options thoroughly and clearly. Kevin, also very friendly and knowledgeable set up a trap at one entry point. I had already temporarily sealed off the other entry point with a board. Never did trap the skunk, but we thought maybe it was out already and had moved on. Fine by us as we really didn’t want to have the skunk hurt. We just didn’t want him living with us. After a couple of weeks a possum did get trapped and Kevin was nice enough to release it in our backyard for free. No skunk problems since and I have since dealt with the entry points. I would highly recommend this company.”
