On February 3-5, the National Wildlife Control Operators Association (NWCOA) and National Pest Management Association presented the Wildlife Expo 2015 in Myrtle Beach, SC. This conference was well attended and provided an array of technical and business-related information to professionals working in wildlife damage management. Chad Soard, owner of Trifecta Wildlife Services, made the trip from Lexington, KY and experienced diverse training, education, networking, and the newest technology available to professionals so that we are continually improving and expanding services to our customers.

NWCOA Certified Basic Wildlife Control Operator Training Course
- Two days of hands-on classroom style training for new and current wildlife control operators performing wildlife management services for residential and commercial properties. Bats, birds, squirrels and other species were discussed as well as animal biology, animal handling, euthanasia, inspection, safety, and more.
Bird Barrier America, Inc. Certification Training Course
- Birds, their droppings, nest materials, and ecto-parasites pose serious threats to people and property. Bird are responsible for millions of dollars of damage to homes, buildings, commercial properties, and industrial facilities. NWCOA Bat Standards Compliant Training Course
- This course is offered by NWCOA to aid in the survival and future of bats in North America, and to educate professionals performing bat exclusion services. This intensive one day course covered aspects of bat exclusion materials and methods as well as delving deeply into bat disease concerns and methods to mitigate exacerbating the spread of the devastating white-nose syndrome in our valued bat populations.
