Let’s just put this falsehood to bed. They don’t need the trees, your house is a “tree.”
Wildlife exclusion, AKA animal proofing, is specialized finish-level construction work that’s above and beyond typical construction to prevent animal intrusions; it’s the one and only key. Keep your trees cut back so they don’t rub on your home and cause damage, but don’t expect tree removal to resolve a wildlife issue. We’ve included pictures of squirrels looking like Spiderman, but mice, rats, snakes, raccoons and more climb our homes with ease.
